Help Us Give Back to Our Community
This September, Metro Ford Miami is joining Ford dealers around the world for the Ford Building Together Global Food Drive, an effort to help address food insecurity in local communities.
Throughout September, we're inviting customers and community members to donate non-perishable food items and help support a local food bank or community partner.

The Global Food Drive brings Ford dealers, employees, customers and nonprofit partners together around a shared goal: making a meaningful difference in communities around the world.
Donate Non-Perishable Food
Bring non-perishable food donations to Metro Ford Miami throughout September. Every donation can help support people in our local community.
Please check with the local food bank or community partner for the items they need most.
What Can You Donate?
Examples of items that may be needed include:
- Canned tuna, chicken or salmon
- Low-sodium soups, chilis and stews
- Nut butters
- Low-sugar cereals
- Protein bars
- Whole-grain pasta
- Rice
- Tomato sauce and canned tomatoes
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Dry beans
- Non-fat milk powder
The Impact of Coming Together
In 2025, Ford dealers collected more than 2 million pounds of food globally as part of the Global Food Drive. The effort involved dealers across 31 countries and demonstrated the impact of coming together to support communities.
This year, Ford is building on that momentum by bringing even more dealers and communities together for the September Global Food Drive.
How You Can Help
Small actions can make a meaningful difference. You can help support the Food Drive by:
- Bringing non-perishable food donations to the dealership
- Sharing the Food Drive with friends, family and members of the community
- Following and sharing our updates on social media
- Using #FordBuildingTogether to help spread the word
The Ford Building Together playbook encourages dealers to promote the Food Drive through social media, local media and dealership channels throughout the campaign.
